  • We do not use your individual campaign data to train AI models that serve other clients

  • Campaign Data: Retained for the duration of your active account. Historical performance data may be retained in anonymised form for platform analytics
  • Billing Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations
  • Support Communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last communication
  • Server Logs: Automatically purged after 90 days

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you.

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is currently no industry standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. At this time, BEON does not respond to DNT signals. BEON provides first-party conversion tracking on our clients' websites as part of our advertising services. We do not track users across unrelated third-party websites.
