Service Description

BEON PIXEL provides AI-powered Google Ads campaign management services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and authorize BEON PIXEL to create and manage Google Ads campaigns on your behalf through our Google Ads Manager Account.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining sufficient funds in your BEON Wallet for campaign spending, and ensuring your products or services comply with Google Ads policies.

Billing

BEON PIXEL charges a platform fee on your Google Ads spend. Google Ads costs are billed separately through your BEON Wallet. Detailed billing information is available in your dashboard.

Campaign Management

BEON PIXEL uses AI and automated systems to manage your campaigns. While we optimize for the best possible performance, we cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, and budget.

Limitation of Liability

BEON PIXEL is not liable for losses resulting from Google Ads policy changes, market fluctuations, or factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
